Week one is going GREAT!



I meant to write last week and let everyone know that I had already dropped 5 lbs. in my first week. Much of that was from my pre-conditioning phase before I actually started the program. The initial week was a bit different for me. I gave up caffeine and chocolate as well as sugar and all my bad starches. Needles to say my body was like, "Whatcu talkin' about Willis?" I had the typical light headache for a bit and I felt a bit lethargic as my body readjusted. Those were the only negative side affects. I was so proud to weigh in and have shed 5 lbs. I am well on my way to a thinner and healthier me. In the next post, I will talk about all the positives of this program.

Here I am with my good friend Pam McGee. I have known her since the late 90's and she is amazing. All the ladies at Metabolic Research Center in Tyler are great.
