50 pounds total. :-)
Someone asked me recently to update my blog, so here it is. How much weight did I shed at Christmas time? 50 pounds! I am keeping it of (most of it if I keep on the Metabolic advice) too. I am now getting my Metabolic meals prepared by Culinary Crossroads in the Stein Mart Shopping Center and that is helping tremendously. This is a pic from Christmas.
