OVER 45 pounds shed!

Thanksgiving wasn't as tough as I thought it was going to be. I managed to make some very healthy choices and still shed those pounds. At just under 4 months, I have rid myself of over 45 pounds and I look great. I feel great. This is a life style change that I can maintain for life.
