It has been less than three months and I am already down 36 pounds. I put on a pair of pants this morning that I haven't worn in years. I had to iron out the creases from where it sat on the hanger all this time. I then had to search for the smallest belt still in my closet and it fit perfect.
The compliments that I am getting really motivate me. Being able to wear my old clothes and looking good in them is another motivator. I never realized how extra pounds can also add years to your looks. I am looking younger and it is great.
