Someone asked me recently to update my blog, so here it is. How much weight did I shed at Christmas time? 50 pounds! I am keeping it of (most of it if I keep on the Metabolic advice) too. It has been less than three months and I am already down 36 pounds. I put on a pair of pants this morning that I haven't worn in years. I had to iron out the creases from where it sat on the hanger all this time. I then had to search for the smallest belt still in my closet and it fit perfect.

The compliments that I am getting really motivate me. Being able to wear my old clothes and looking good in them is another motivator. I never realized how extra pounds can also add years to your looks. I am looking younger and it is great.

28 and a half pounds and 26 and a half inches down!

It is hard to believe that in two months I have shed 28 and a half pounds and 26 and a half inches, but I have! Thank you Metabolic for such a wonderful and easy to follow program. Over 24 and a half pounds GONE!

Life has been busy, so I haven't had much of a chance to let everyone know how I have been doing. I am proud to say that I have dropped over 24 and a half pounds on Metabolic. Pam has a picture of me somewhere to show you. I may have to take another one. I am wearing clothes that I haven't worn in years and it is awesome. The coolest thing is the great reaction I keep getting from people who haven't seen me in a couple of months. I love it.
